The registration fee does not include any travel cost, insurance, accommodation, sightseeing tours
or airport transfers.
While your safety is of utmost importance, the committee/ organisers will take no responsibility for
loss of belongings/ valuables or damage to your property.
Accompanying Persons including spouses will not be allowed to attend/ enter scientific session at
the venue.
Accompanying Persons will be allowed for the conference meals only if they have registered for the
conference.
Delegates registering on-spot cannot be guaranteed of the Conference Kit.
Bank convenience fee @ 3.5% will be charged for all online payments.

Cancellation Policy
Kindly send the cancellation requests to admin@karnatakahaematcme.com, on or before July 31, 2026.
Cancellations or changes will not be accepted on the phone.
Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the completion of the conference; if not earlier.
For all cancellations received up to July 31, 2026 - money will be refunded after deducting the
processing fee (Rs. 300/) and taxes paid.
No refund will be done for cancellations received after July 31, 2026.
